I've been a coach for 15 years with over 20,000hrs of 1on1 coaching experience. I've helped over 1000 people get results & run my very own successful personal training facility
It is my job to help you change your life through fitness & build confidence in yourself physically and mentally.
I understand what it feels like to be the small & weak one out of my friend group. Being able to fight was great for my confidence initially but there was still something missing, which was the physicality. I wanted to feel STRONG and POWERFUL, I wanted to be bigger and feel like I could physically handle myself against any threat. So I knew I had to put on some size.
This is why I love helping other men achieve the feeling of being strong and capable whilst also being athletic. As a man you should walk around with your chest held high confident in yourself, knowing you can protect yourself and your loved ones, knowing you are strong both physically and mentally, knowing people can rely on you and have confidence in you.
