    The 12 Week Challenge is a transformation program 100% tailored to you. Your workout will be built from scratch personally by me (Shaun) & loaded into the app for you. 


    This is the ultimate fast track program to get the physique of your dreams in the shortest amount of time possible!


    You will receive 1on1 online coaching directly from me where we work closely to evolve your program over the 12 weeks to ensure the fastest results possible.

  • What happens after the 12 week challenge?

    If you join the 12 week challenge we'll work towards getting you the best results possible in that timeframe. 


    Then the program will continue on the subscription you chose initially so we can work towards your long term goals if you choose not to cancel.

  • How do I receive the program?

    The 12 week challenge is a customised 1on1 online coaching program. Your tailored program will be built out and delivered through my app.

    It is recommended you do these workouts at the gym for maximum results. However I can create home workouts based on your available equipment.
